How allowances work
A credit is used when a prospect completes your assessment. Duplicate submissions of the same assessment are never counted twice.
Opening your dashboard, reading a report or reviewing history does not use an assessment.
Starter, Growth and Pipeline Pro allowances renew each month you are subscribed. The free three are one time.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the month you already paid for, and past results stay readable.
